Behavior
Most behaviour problems are a normal animal doing a normal thing somewhere that does not suit it. That is not offered as a comfort — it is the practical route out, because a dog digging from boredom and a dog digging to lie somewhere cool need opposite answers, and nothing works until you know which one you have.
So these pieces start with the cause and only then reach the method. Where the evidence is thin they say so: a fair amount of what circulates as training advice is one trainer's habit repeated confidently, and the difference between that and a tested method is worth marking.
The one thing none of them can do is examine your animal. A sudden change — a house-trained cat that stops using the tray, a placid dog that starts snapping — is a veterinary question before it is a training one, and each article says so at the point where it matters.
The order of the pages follows the order of the problem: what the animal is getting out of the behaviour, what changes that, and only then the technique. A technique applied to the wrong cause is how people conclude that training does not work on their dog.
